About Me
I'm the founder and chief champion for T.M. Training & Consulting. I have a background in Nonprofit Management and Community Development with a particular focus on contract and grant administration. I'm also a licensed Standards of Excellence and certified Korn Ferry Leadership Architect consultant.
I founded T.M. Training & Consulting because I wanted to utilize my skills and access to help other organizations and businesses of color better achieve their missions. In the spirit of ujamaa (cooperative economics) I seek to help people of color and people of color led organizations build and expand their efforts so that we, as a community, may profit together.
