I started TM Training and Consulting after nearly two decades in traditional employment without access to mentors who looked like me or understood the unique challenges faced by Black women in leadership. I want to be the person I needed — someone who provides guidance, strategy, and belief in women’s leadership potential. This business is my way of changing that narrative and equipping women to lead with clarity and confidence.
