As a licensed Standards of Excellence Consultant, I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and striving for significant outcomes. I pride myself on building a business grounded in racial justice, diversity, equity and inclusion.

I'm a country girl, originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland and yes I LOVE MARYLAND BLUE CRABS! My Shore upbringing made me the equity champion I am today and gave me the academic gravitas to successfully obtain a B.A. and M.P.A.  from Brandeis University and University of Delaware, respectively.

I relocated to Baltimore after graduate school in 2003 and have been calling Bmore home since. I currently reside in Northeast Baltimore with my wonderful partner and our two boys. Outside of business hours I enjoy gardening in my backyard, serving as president of my community association and cooking.
